Easter came and went this year! We had a great Easter break....family together time away from work and out of town!
Before we headed out we had to get some egg dyeing done. A nearly two year old always makes for good fun when it comes to six cups of egg dye:) We got away with only breaking two eggs!
I wouldn't let her throw the eggs or drink the dye so she wasn't too happy

The next day we headed up to Salt Lake for a weekend away. First stop....The CheeseCake Factory of course! Yummers!
We decided to take a walk around the new City Creek Center and check it out. It was fun just to walk around and see what was there even though we didn't do a lot of shopping. We definitely made a stop at the Disney store....never had to wait in line to go into a store before! That was a first!
The kids liked the water fountains, even though it wasn't very warm.

We decided to take a walk....turned into a very long walk cuz Halle wouldn't ride in the stroller....around Temple Square. It always amazes me that no matter what time of year it is the temple grounds are always so pretty. The flowers were gorgeous!
Halle was too cool for the boys in this picture:)
Is there really any other reason you go out of town and stay in a hotel other than to swim? Not according to kids! They couldn't wait to get to the pool. I only got a picture of Halle, cheesing in her new suit! This is after she decided to walk into the pool alone and submerge herself completely under water for what seemed like an eternity but really was only probably 3 seconds. Scary!
The next day we headed to the Gateway. We've never been to the Children's Museum there so we stopped by to see what is was like. The kids had a great time....cheap fun!
Halle loved the water part.
Austin got a few feet up the extra mini climbing wall:)

Tate liked the stable/garden area they had.
They had a fun place to pretend like you Nadine and Bruce!:)
After a fun movie, "Mirror, Mirror", we headed to the Jazz game. The boys were soooo excited!!! It ended up being a close game so that always makes it more fun...even though the players look like ants from the nosebleed section!
Halle loved the cotton candy. There must be something special in it...why else would it cost $6, right?
Saturday we headed to the zoo for "Breakfast with the Bunny". It was a yummy breakfast buffet with the Easter Bunny visiting. Halle so did not like the easter bunny. She would scream if it even looked her way.
They had a little craft the kids could do and a "hare and tortoise" there for the kids to pet.
Can't go to the zoo without a picture on the elephant!
Easter morning came bright and early! The kids found their baskets and were happy with their findings....I think:) Halle got candy and a fun outdoor play thing.
And the boys got new baseball gloves.
Tate obviously needs to play a little more baseball, won't catch many balls with the glove on the wrong hand!
Doesn't he look happy?:)
Tried to catch a few pics after church of kiddos. Once again, it's practically impossible for three kids to look at the camera and smile all at the same time.

Sunday night we headed to my parents for out annual egg hunt. I didn't take many pictures, but I caught one of Halle reaching for an egg. Gotta get 'em all!
Tate, Halle, Austin, Maddox, and Aiden. Good times!

I didn't know you did all this fun stuff! Looks like a great time!
This is almost exactly what we did for our spring break. We were just a few days behind you. PJ was so afraid of that elephant. Looks like so much fun!
Halle is adorable in her Easter dress!!!
