American Fork Half Marathon

Talked myself into signing up for another half marathon and it was a blast!  This is only the second year AF has done the race and I'm hooked.  It was so well organized, a great course, not too far from home, and most importantly they gave awesome shirts!!

Let's face it, the real reason any of us do these races is for the girls weekend, not the actual race.  Of course we did some shopping and ate some yummy dinner.  Went to Carabba's this time, it was yum yum.

 And I forgot to mention another couple of reasons to do this race again

1.  They gave out Kneader's French Toast at the end (yum!) and these really yummy fruity popsicle things

2.  They gave out some great prizes--the grand prize being a treadmill.  And how lucky was Brittany?? Out of like 2,000 people she won it!!! Made our day!
